Lahood and Son is involved in all aspects of the beef supply chain - from procurement to processing and distribution.

At our farm Arkendeith, we produce our own superior quality Angus beef which is predominantly finished on grain. We are fully licensed to provide Angus into the CAAB program.

Graded by Meat Standards Australia (MSA), Certified Angus are grain-fed for a minimum period of 150 days. Due to the stringent controls applied by CAAB, beef of the highest quality is consistently produced with excellent product marbling, colour, tenderness, taste and texture.

Lahood and Son currently runs a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) program to ensure quality, cleanliness and hygiene. On-site refrigerated store rooms maintain freshness through isolation and temperature control. All fresh food products are prepared and packed on the day of delivery to our customers.
